What are my payment options?

We welcome Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card, and debit card payments. Telephone numbers and billing addresses are required on all credit card orders.

Am I required to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is charged only to orders shipped to Illinois addresses.

What are my shipping options?

We typically ship using FexEx Ground. If you are in a hurry, please let us know and we will quote FedEx Express. To maintain high shipping standards, Caribbean Coolers prefers to ship using FedEx. Do you provide international shipping?

At this time, we only ship to destinations located in the United States (lower 48).

What is your return policy?

If you would like your order shipped to an alternate address (in lieu of billing address) we require the address be on file with your credit card company. Another way we strive to protect you from fraudulent charges.
